Abdominal Therapy
Abdominal Therapy, as taught by Dr Rosita Arvigo, is best known for addressing misalignment or congestion in the reproductive organs of both male and female anatomy, as well as many common digestive disorders. The technique of external, gentle and non-invasive massage to the abdomen and lower back, sacrum effectively alleviate tissue congestion and organ constriction to improve the vital flows of Nerves, Arterial, Venous, Energy, Lymph in the abdomen and whole body. Abdominal Therapy helps guide internal abdominal organs into their proper position so that organ functions are supported and enhanced. This assists to prevent the progression of chronic disease symptomology while improving the body’s ability to self repair and balance.
Abdominal Therapy Pre- /Post-Natal

Abdominal Therapy benefits those with female anatomy throughout the child-bearing year by enhancing fertility and conception, supporting structural changes and alleviating discomfort, providing optimal birth position for baby thereby easing labor, birth and post partum recovery.

Abdominal Therapy supports the physical changes experienced during pregnancy. As the baby and uterus grow, additional strain is put on the uterine and pelvic ligaments and pelvic floor muscles. With regular massage, the uterus stays well-positioned, receives good blood supply, and grows strong and resilient. Abdominal Therapy normalizes pelvic alignment allowing the uterus to guide itself to optimal positioning in the pelvis. At the end of the session you are left feeling restored, relaxed and comfortable in your new body.
Medical Massage
Medical Massage is not a specific technique, but it caters to the medical condition presented.
Deep Tissue Massage
A specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body reducing chronic pain. Because deep-tissue massage increases the flow of blood through the body, it helps reduce the inflammation that causes pain. Deep-tissue massage can also help alleviate muscle tension that is often a side effect of chronic pain by loosening the tight tissue clusters.
Swedish Massage
Lighter touch technique sometimes with active or passive joint movement. Very good for relaxation,  circulation, ROM, muscular tension relief.
Myofascial Release
Gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Cupping
Helps to move stagnant blood and lymph, thus improving energy flow.
